A few weekends ago I led my first ever Middle School retreat. I can't tell you the laughs and snickers I received from my co-workers, as they can't imagine a job that involves more than 1 or 2 middle schooler at a time (ie their own children). I however, along with my good friend Meghan, seem to be blessed with the "gift" of love for the pubescent darlings. No, seriously!
We had an absolute BLAST on the retreat. The kids were extremely well behaved, open to Christ, and just rolled with the punches. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend (or a better co-retreat leader!!)
